By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms:
These terms apply automatically once you commission a service from Wood Carving London.
By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Price Quotations:
We will provide you with a price quotation upon request.
The quotation is valid for 30 days.
If new information arises and/or material costs change, we reserve the right to adjust the quote accordingly.
3. Additional Expenses:
You are responsible for reimbursing us for any additional expenses incurred during the work (e.g., shipping charges, travel expenses).
Additionally, the cost of materials used in the woodcarving will be factored into the overall price.
We commit to using high-quality materials for our woodcarvings, ensuring the best possible result.
4. Design Provision:
If you provide design drawings or images, ensure you have permission to use them and do not breach any copyright laws.
5. Artwork Progress:
We will share progress photos during the creation process.
Minor alterations can be made at this stage.
We may share “work in progress” photos on social media unless you request otherwise.
6. Copyright:
We retain the copyright to the artwork created from your design.
Unauthorized reproduction or use of our designs is strictly prohibited.
We may display the artwork on our website and social media pages unless you express a wish for privacy.
7. Deposit:
To confirm a commission slot, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit from the Client.
8. Payments:
Invoices will be issued upon completion of the artwork.
Payment in full is due within 7 days of the invoice.
We accept payment by Cash or Bank Transfer
9. Termination before Completion:
If you terminate our services after agreeing to a commission, you may be liable for costs incurred.
10. Intellectual Property:
We respect intellectual property rights.
The designs, patterns, and original works created by us remain our intellectual property.
You retain ownership of the artwork but must obtain permission to share images or videos on social media or make reproductions.
If we have given permission to share images or videos of the works, full credits to Wood Carving London must be clearly shown.
11. Quality and Satisfaction:
We strive for high-quality craftsmanship.
If you are not satisfied with the final product, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
12. Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and order specifics.
We will provide estimated delivery times during the order process.
13. Privacy and Data Protection:
We respect your privacy. Refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details.
14. Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms are governed by the laws of England, United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
Wood Carving Courses
1. Enrolment and Acceptance:
By enrolling in our Woodcarving Course, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
You must be at least 14 years old to participate.
2. Course Details:
Our Woodcarving Course is designed for beginners and intermediate learners.
The course covers fundamental woodcarving techniques, safety guidelines, and project execution.
You will learn to use various tools, understand wood properties, and create your own woodcarvings.
3. Materials and Tools:
All tools and materials are provided
A list of recommended tools and wood types will be provided and may be available for purchase
4. Course Duration and Schedule:
The course duration are as described in based on the level (beginner or intermediate).
Classes are typically held once a week for a specified number of weeks.
Make-up classes may be offered for missed sessions.
5. Fees and Payment:
Course fees are due upon enrollment.
We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
Fees are non-refundable unless the course is canceled by us.
6. Safety and Conduct:
Students must follow safety guidelines provided during the course.
Respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students is expected.
7. Intellectual Property:
Students retain ownership of their woodcarvings.
However, we reserve the right to showcase student work in our promotional materials and on our website and social media.
8. Cancellation and Refunds:
If you need to cancel your enrollment, please notify us in writing.
Refunds are subject to our refund policy:
Full refund if canceled before the course start date.
Partial refund (minus administrative fees) if canceled within the first two weeks of the course.
No refund after the second week.
9. Liability and Insurance:
Woodcarving involves inherent risks. Students participate at their own risk.
We have full personal liability insurance.
10. Changes and Updates:
We reserve the right to modify the course schedule, content, or instructors if necessary.
Any changes will be communicated promptly.
